Free Cute Ducky Knitting Pattern

Hello Lovely! and welcome to my Free Cute Ducky Knitting Pattern!

Knitting ducks is one of my favourite things to do, we also used to own ducks a few years ago and my dog Kenzie absolutely loved cuddling up to them.

The Cute Ducky is just that, cute, and perfect for beginners, it was one of my very first toy designs.

And now I have decided to make it available to you all for free!

It is perfect for you whether you are a beginner or if you have been knitting for many years.

The pattern is very easy to follow and actually really fun to make and watch the duck come together with its colours.

But you can make them in whatever colour you choose.

He is super soft and squishy which makes him perfect for cuddling!

So here you go, a treat on me, my Free Cute Ducky Knitting Pattern, I hope you enjoy and have a wonderful time making this beautiful creature.

This pattern is also available as an ad-free, printer-friendly pdf pattern that can be purchased at the link below on Etsy.

How To Make It Up:

Simply sew the head and body together, make sure that you stuff these pieces.

Sew up the beak and be sure to also stuff this piece before attaching it to the front lower part of the head.

With the wings you sew two pieces together, Do Not Stuff these pieces, then you simply just sew them onto the sides once you have sewn the two pieces together, this helps keep its flat shape and makes it stronger.

The same with the tail feathers that you attach to the back, Do Not Stuff, just sew the two pieces together.

With the feet it is also the same, sew two pieces together, Do Not Stuff but these you sew to the bottom sides of the body, underneath the duck.

Your ducky should now look like this!
