Free Sleepy Puppy Knitting Pattern.

Free Sleepy Puppy Knitting Pattern by NicolaRattleyDesigns.

Hello and welcome to my Free Sleepy Puppy Knitting Pattern.

I love puppies, I am a big dog lover, I am the proud owner of a American Staffie who knows how to keep me on my toes (so much energy)!

So when I was making Christmas presents for my nieces, and knew one of them loved purple, and dogs, I decided to make this beautiful Sleepy Puppy for her.

And now I am sharing this pattern with you.

It is perfect for beginners and even people who have been knitting for years.

The pattern is very easy to follow and actually really fun to make, I just love the adorable hat!

The sleepy puppy has such cute features and would look adorable in many different colours.

So here you go, my Free Sleepy Puppy Knitting Pattern, I hope you enjoy making this adorable plush.

How To Make It Up.

Step 1 – Sew up and stuff all these pieces – The Head, Body, Arms, Legs, Tail and Pom Pom for Night Cap.

Step 2 – Sew up but do not stuff these pieces – The Ears and Nightcap.

Step 3 – Simply sew the head to the body, the arms to the top sides of the body, the legs to the bottom sides of the body and the tail to the bottom back part of his body.

Step 4 – Simply sew the ears to the top sides of the head.

Step 5 – Embroider the closed eyes just above the white bit of his snout, and embroider his nose and mouth to the front of his snout.

Step 6 – Simply sew the stuffed Pom Pom to the top of the nightcap (You can choose whether or not you want to sew the nightcap to his head, so it doesn’t come off and get lost, personally I prefer just placing it on his head).
